What is Briotech?
All the Briotech products contain Hypochlorous acid in different dilutions. They are all essentially the same thing, just different strengths for different purposes. HOCl, also known as Hypochlorous Acid, describes the elements Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Chlorine. HOCl is produced inside the white blood cells as one of the key components of your internal defense system, working to fight infection and bacteria and enhance the healing process. When produced outside of the body, HOCl offers these same benefits.
So what is Hypochlorous acid?
Water, salt, and electricity. That’s it. HOCL is completely natural and produced inside the
white blood cells of all humans and animals as the active component of their internal healing and disinfection.
Why is briotech better than homemade HOCL products like Force of Nature or SaniTru?
One word: Stability! Briotech HOCl is the only proven pure HOCl on the market and has been tested by the National Institutes of Health to be as pure as the HOCl produced inside the human body. This is the only HOCL product I’d feel comfortable putting on or in my body. I do own a SaniTru to make my own HOCL sometimes but the stability of the DIY products is not as good and would need to be used for quickly to be effective. I’d use the DIY products for surfaces only.
Is Briotech safe for babies, children & pets?
The short answer is YES! Because this is naturally produced inside all humans and animals. But as always, some people are sensitive to even the most natural and non-toxic things. If using on an infant I would try a little on their skin first to see if it’s well tolerated because you put a lot on but I have never seen anyone react to this. Many parents have told me they have used it on very persistent diaper rashes, baby acne, and cradle cap!
What product(s) should I get?
My favorite products are the Oral SOS, the topical skin spray, the Abraisa Gel, the sanitizer/ disinfectant. Of course, you can start with one product or get their entire line. This is entirely based on your own unique needs. I like to buy big jugs of the topical and the cleaner + disinfectant and refill as needed. Having the smaller bottles on the go is nice so you can either purchase the smaller ones as well or buy empty bottles on Amazon and fill your own from the large jugs.

Topical Spray
Skin-related issues: acne, dermatitis, eczema, yeast/diaper rashes, cradle cap
Diluting in a nebulizer: 2 parts saline, 1 part Topical skin spray (can dilute more for kids)
Sprayed in the eyes, nose, and throat (yep, it’s safe!)
Scrapes, cuts, burns, bites
As a deodorant
Cold sores
Oral SOS
In the nebulizer (no dilution needed, great option for kids)
For a gargle or mouthwash for any mouth-related problems like swelling gums, swollen
tonsils, canker sores

On every imaginable surface- counters, toilets, the floor, on hands, lightly sprayed on
mattresses and pillows or furniture to sanitize
Food contact is safe as well!
This would have been fantastic to clean and sanitize things on the go, especially when we had little ones who were always dropping things in gross public places (teether, pacifiers, etc).
Other products and their uses:
Brio Care Skin Renew- Fantastic product for acne-prone skin or any face-related
issues. The topical spray can be used also but this serum is really nice to have if you
have more than occasional problems on your face with acne, scarring, tinea versicolor,
etc. This is my husband’s favorite product! It has completely cleared his skin and
dermatitis on the back of his head/neck.
The Briocare abrasia gel - Great to have on hand for first aid! It’s more soothing than the topical spray. I use the topical spray multiple times a day for things but this is great to have on hand for when bigger owies happen.
The surface + Air cleansing pro
This is a stronger version of the disinfectant mentioned above. Love using this in the humidifier or dehumidifier to help with air quality. You can always get this product instead of the sanitizer and dilute it yourself. This convenient, residue-free concentrate provides flexibility for immediate use or can be diluted to suit your needs. Dilute with distilled water only.
Light Strength: 1:4 — 1 part cleanser, 4 parts distilled water
Medium Strength: 1:3 — 1 part cleanser, 3 parts distilled water
Heavy Strength: 1:2 — 1 part cleanser, 2 parts distilled water
Pure HOCL
Stronger than the topical, but not as strong as the disinfectant. A better choice for more persistent skin or mucosal issues, illness, etc. It can be nebulized 3 parts saline to 1 part pure briotech.
